With the motorway only 10 mins away. 70 miles to either Manchester or Livepool airport. The ferry terminal at Heysham is approx 20 mins away and from there you can get the ferry to the Isle Of Man where the TT Races are.

Great property with everything you need for a break away. Cosy and felt like being at home. Nice pub within a few minutes walk, and a short drive to Morecambe bay and South lakes for visiting lots of interesting places. Would stay again.

Great shorty stay. Location of property has great access to coast and Lake District. Nice walk to local pub/restaurant in the Royal lovely beer garden. Host was great information nice and clear up on check in. Place was clean and comfortable.

Lovely property right in the middle of everything, if you cant get out for any reason the home is stocked with games and things to do even netflix for when the kids are in bed and you are having a nightcap. highly recommended. would stay here again.

Everything was amazing, beautiful location and easy access to everything we needed. My only negative is we had some issues with hot water and water pressure, but that could have been us being silly!! Thank you for a lovely and easy stay.

Overall it was good property that was done up. Rooms were clean. We enjoyed our stay. Host was very good with communication. Price was also good, I would recommmend to others. To ensure that standards are maintained, I would recommend few things-1)bathroom door should have lock/latch for privacy.2)Sink in bathroom, needs silicon as it was moving around. 3)bathroom door is quite difficult to close.

Brilliant holiday home, super clean and quiet. Excellent quick communication from Angela who was super helpful. The house had all the bits that we needed which was great and was very conveniently located for us to reach family. We will be back!
