Property was exactly what the Ad showed. Clean, cosy, comfy. Went with 2 other mates they loved it from the second we got to the door, emmaculate views if I had a wife I think she would have asked me to buy it for her. Great customer service everything is in order all you need to do is to make sure you also appreciate the place but overall if I am heading to the Lake District again this is where I go. Home in the Lake District.

Watersedge Easter Retreat

Great property, well equiped, located well, nicely furnished and decorated. We loved the views out over the sands, great little place to explore the Lake District.

Absolutely Gem!

Beautiful cottage in excellent location with the most wonderful views. Cottage has everything you could need and more! Super comfy bed, lovely decor and furnishings, nice verandah to enjoy and take in the surroundings. A very pretty and functional home, would love to stay again!

Watersedge

Easy and quick communications with Julie and Gareth, answering all our queries. Lovely house with stunning views over River Kent. Appreciated the utensils in the kitchen as well as tea and coffee! Very nicely appointed, balconies were magnificent! Would be useful to have more guest shelves in the bathroom and, for us anyway, firmer mattresses. Hadn't realised parking was in an access road used by large lorries and backing onto a quarry. Great spot from which to investigate both Dales and Lakes. Would definitely like to return. Thanks for a good stay.
