Amazing home, great communication with the hosts. Close to the beach and well appointed! Home was perfect for kids as well, with toys and pack and play. Mudroom came in handy for sandy feet and beach bags! So clean and comfortable.

We love Cape Charles And this was the perfect place for our family to stay. We really appreciated the family/kid-friendly features. It was clean, well stocked, easy access, open layout, and very comfortable.Will definitely be back!

Darling little house that lived large. Everything was beautifully laid out and neat as a pin. We loved the location as well. Near enough to walk to everything but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet.

We returned here from several years ago and it was just as wonderful as it was the last time! Our children loved having space in the backyard to play. My toddler enjoyed having books and toys to play with! It was a short 10 minute walk to the beach, 7 minutes to the park, and great evening walk to the main restaurants and ice cream shops! We had our A/C go out unexpectedly while we did a day trip to Chincoteague and Matt not only responded QUICK, within the hour of our message to him, the A/C repair company was at our home and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes! We are truly grateful for our stay here and hope to return soon! It was a great vacation and many memories, great meals and laughter were all made here!

We had a wonderful visit! The house was clean, well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. The only thing we would note is that the steps are steep and narrow- as most old houses are, so if you bring littles just be cautious (not a reason to not book- they have a swingset toys etc) . We would stay here again.

What a lovely home! All was immaculately clean…the home is well appointed with everything we needed during our stay. The beds were comfortable and we loved sitting with the fireplace on fall evenings. Close to everything in town, lots of great eating options and lovely beach.

We had a wonderful stay 5 days/4 nights Property is immaculate, updates and design are beautiful, house/kitchen is well stocked, and location is quiet and convenient to the Cape Charles historic downtown and the beach. The outdoor backyard setting is a wonderful area to relax. Loved the outdoor shower area. We would absolutely stay again.
