This condo comes with all the basics and then some! This 1-level studio condo is perfect for travelers seeking basic overnight accommodations. Features include 1-queen-sized bed, a kitchenette, a full bath, a VHS/DVD/monitor, and a telephone with free local calls. This monitored vacation property will sleep up to 2-persons. (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are circumstances beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This condo is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. Terrible beds

This is a great location to the mountain and all the hiking but the beds are very uncomfortable and old and we left a day early because of them. The twin bed in this room is even worse than the queen bed. The feel of this room is that someone is trying to get by as cheaply as possible to rent it out and make some money. For example the chairs at the table don't match and one is a fold up chair. The dish ware is like you took all your old stuff and put it in there. I had hoped for more. Won't choose this room again.
