This 2-story loft family condominium is tastefully done yet budget-priced. The 1st floor features a kitchenette, 1 full bath, an open living/dining area with a freestanding gas fireplace, a DVD/monitor & sliding glass doors leading to a private outdoor balcony. The upstairs loft features two trundle beds, and this monitored family vacation condo will collectively sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

We had everything we needed! The hosts were extreamly responsive and easy to get in touch with before arrival. Check in and check out directions were very clear. I would recommed this property to others and would stay again!

Short hop to Mt Baker

We enjoyed ourselves at this cute little condo. It was small for the 3 of us but I liked that because it kind of forced family-time together. The wifi was pretty weak and there was trash on the grounds, which took away from the beautiful babbling brook running through the property. It would have been nice to have had a baking dish or roasting pan so we could have used the oven, but we made do. I also ran out of hot water when I took a shower, that wasn’t awesome. Overall, I would come back, but my kids probably wouldn’t want to.

So the stay was great.. short commute to the mountain and the whole process of finding it and checking in and staying went smoot. I feel like it would be worth it on your guys part to possibly upgrade to smart tvs and the stay would have been perfect

Not a bad place close to the mountain

Overall the place was clean, easy to access, had all of the basics we expected for a reasonable cost. It was cozy for 2 adults and 2 kids and we all shared the loft/bedroom but worked well for us. Our only complaint was the hot water in the shower. We did not have a hot shower and called after the first night and a couple other times but were not able to get it addressed during our 4-night stay. We were told is happens occasionally and "there is a trick to it". Maybe there is but it they didn't tell us the trick was or fix it during our stay. Before booking I would request confirmation this has been addressed before you pay.
