We had a great stay and loved the location, although it can be a bit noisy, though that would be expected given the proximity to the street. Th patio was delightful though watch your step going in and out. Overall, we were very satisfied with the unit.

Great location although not informed about construction noise 6 days a week. Staff were responsive about air conditioning issues but not responsive to shower issues. Very clean, excellent washer/dryer, kitchen appliances excellent. For us, the location was over-the-top for easy access to transportation, sites to see, Gothic Quarter!! We’d stay again.

The apartment was exactly as described with comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and kitchen and a terrace that is shaded in the am and sunny in the afternoon. The building is right next to La Bouqueria Market with tons of eating options and is right in the middle of great shopping and sites on La Rambla. The perfect location for enjoying the city. There is some street noise at night but we had no issues sleeping. Management was very responsive through WhatsApp when we had questions and they provided maintenance for a toilet issue quickly.
