Übertraf meine Erwartungen bei diesem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Terrasse blickt direkt aufs Meer, vom Garten führen Treppenstufen geradewegs zum Strand. Klimaanlage hielt die Schlafzimmer kühl, außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine zur praktischen Nutzung.

Die Lage ist eine glatte 10 mit direktem Zugang zum Strand und einem herrlichen Sonnenaufgang, Das Haus scheint geräuschvoll zu sein, daher kann es von Zeit zu Zeit mit Nachbarn etwas unangenehm sein, aber kein Deal-Breaker (ich bin sehr geräuschempfindlich), In der Küche ist alles vorhanden und es gibt genug Decken für die kältere Jahreszeit, Port Alcudia ist in der Nähe für Einkäufe und hat tolle Restaurants und Bars, Alcudia Stadt ist 45 min zu Fuß erreichbar und sehr sehenswert, Die Strände und Aussichtspunkte rund um Alcanada und Alcudia sind sehr empfehlenswert! Der Bus fährt zurzeit nicht zwischen Alcanada und Alcudia Port (Nebensaison), In Alcanada gibt es keine Verpflegungs- oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, da Nebensaison, Alles ist gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad erreichbar,
