Very good communication with the host made for a straightforward check in process.A minor maintenance issue which occurred during our stay was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The property is very close to Disney which makes for great opportunities to balance park visits with time enjoying the villa’s facilities.

Brilliant villa

We had an amazing stay at Windsor Castle! Clean, full equipped and perfect location! We were able to get to all of the Disney parks easily within 15 minutes which meant we could come home during the day for a swim and a nap and then head back to the parks again. Would highly recommend this villa and will definitely be back in the future!!

Great experience! Stayed here for a family Disney trip. House was just as advertised. Kids enjoyed the pool, their themed rooms, and the air hockey table. Easy to get in. David was great with the communications. Close to the parks, which was convenient. Nice community with a fun welcome center with small arcade, gym, convenience shop.

The house was mostly clean and as pictured. There are not enough wash cloths for the number of guests listed. We only had 6 for our stay and there were only 4 was cloths. The host is very responsive and quick to fix and address any issue that came up.

Had a great time. The host communicated well and while there I did call service for something that ended up being “user error” on my part and they came out super quick(30 mins or less) and helped me out.
