Relax in this clean, contemporary condo with vaulted ceilings in the open concept LR and in the Master BR. This well-designed 1330 sq ft provides ample living space and has two well-separated Bedroom suites each with new and comfy King size beds, ceiling fans, luxurious bedding and their own private bathrooms making this a great space for 2 couples. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers: the shower in the master bathroom is barrier-free.

We are water-conscious and water-saving toilets, shower heads and faucets have been installed together with desert (low water) landscaping.

This condo has wireless FiOS Internet, cable TV and free telephone calling within the US and to Canada. If you must work while visiting, a wireless printer is provided.

All of our patio furniture and cushions are comfortable and seating for 6 is available on the fairway patio. So, relax and enjoy breakfast, just lounging or evening drinks while watching golfers from the south-facing and sun-filled fairway patio. Don't worry about too much sun - our fully retractable and motorized awning ensures your comfort throughout the day and makes this patio into an additional, fresh air room.

Eat at your choice of great restaurants, or grill steaks in the private courtyard equipped with a gas BBQ.

While we don't maintain a golf membership at PVCC, all renters have access to the 100,000 square foot clubhouse restaurants and lounge, main pool and hair salon and spa services.

Better yet, this quiet condo is centrally located, just a short drive to Desert Willow, Classic Club and JW Marriott at Desert Springs and Shadow Ridge golf courses. There is no shortage of choice when looking for great places to golf!

Golf at these nearby courses, hike or 'shop-til-you-drop' on El Paseo or at the Cabazon Outlets then cool down, or relax those aching muscles in one of the 45+ community pool/spas located close to the condo. With so many pools, you might begin to believe that it is reserved for your private enjoyment.

Non-golfers will enjoy the desert cities also: visit The Living Desert Zoo, Rancho Mirage Observatory, or indulge your artsy side at the many art galleries, the College of the Desert, McCallum Theater, and Idyllwild. The San Jacinto, Santa Rosa and Little San Bernardino Mountains provide a playground for hikers, rock climbers, and biking. Temecula Valley Wine Country is a day excursion with over 30 vineyards to tempt the palate; many wineries have restaurants, and some are paired with Inns and Spas for those special events. And of course Joshua Tree National Park is an easy day trip away.

In accordance with the City of Palm Desert STR Ordinance (Ord. 1332 § 2, 2017) prospective renters are reminded of the following:
(1) this unit has a maximum overnight occupancy of 4, and a maximum daytime occupancy of 8;
(2) all renters and guests are required to comply with the city’s noise standards and regulations; and
(3) all renters shall sign acknowledgement of Rental Rules as contained in the mandatory contract, including that occupants and guests shall respect the neighbors’ privacy and enjoyment of their property.
