We loved our stay! The apartment was beautiful, clean, conveniently located, and Flavia was extremely attentive to anything we needed. The ac was perfect to come home to after a long day of exploring Rome in the heat.

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was great, out of the busy area but still within walking distance. Easy access to shops, restaurants and markets to purchase snacks and other essentials. The rooms had all the amenities. The beds were a little hard for our preference but we still managed to be well rested. I would highly recommend this place for anyone needing a nice place to stay in Rome.

There was a hiccup during check in which was promptly addressed. Once we arrived, we were amazed at the accommodations. Clean, modern rooms and well stocked kitchens. Great property!

We had a beautiful stay in Rome while for our son's wedding. It was all a Fairytale. This apartment is perfect. Location, accommodations, cleanliness, ease of working with the Host .... just perfect. We began to feel like locals! Coffee shop, Bakery, Dry Cleaners, wonderful restaurants, all right there.Highly recommend.

Great property, great location!

The accommodations were exactly as described! We had plenty of room for our party of 7 and had easy, walkable access to many of Rome's famous landmarks. Flavia was a great hostess and took time to walk us through everything when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay in Rome, Italy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Flavvia was an amazing host. She was available for any questions throughout our stay all throughout the day. Everything was close to all of the areas we wanted to visit. I would highly recommend this location for your stay.

The place was beautiful, clean, located in a great location and it had everything that you would need. Bonus-the beds were so comfortable. Flavia, the host was very sweet and answered promptly when I emailed her. I would recommend her place to anyone.

These are amazing apartments. We had two next to each other but easy to spend time with all of the family. They are in a great location. They were very clean, plenty of space and great air conditioners. The communication with property managers was excellent. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful stay. We spent the last three days of a two-week trip in this home and it was beautiful, clean, and very well kept. We had 5 adult couples and one single adult and the apartments were very spacious and provided the perfect amount of privacy with a bathroom for each couple and great common areas. Host was very attentive and communicative. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Location was also great, as we were able to walk to major sites within 10-25 min. Loved our stay!

Beautiful apartments for family

My family of 11 enjoyed staying here. It located close to many sites so we walked almost everywhere. Apartments were very well equipped, but we only used the washer/ dryer. The owner was very attentive and easy to reach if we had questions. I highly recommend!

These apartments were perfect for our 2 day stay in Rome before boarding a cruise. We had 6 couples, so it accommodated all! The place is modern, clean and short walking distance from good restaurants and sites. The host, Flavia, was wonderful to work with. She was very prompt in replies and very accommodating with check in. I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay with 10 family members in the two adjoining apartments that could be opened to share space and still have a closed front door. There was an elevator to use if needed. The residence felt very safe with the entrance gate and code. Our family ages 9 years old to 79 years old enjoyed the walk in showers, a bathroom for each room, new kitchens, new appliances, and large living areas open to the kitchens to gather. We all used laundry machines as needed and dishwashers without issue. Everything was new, modern, and well appointed with what we needed (glasses, dishes, soap, shampoo, utensils, ice trays). We were directly across the street from a convenience store and a short walk from grocery, restaurants, and attractions. It was a perfect location for our group. We had a great and extremely comfortable stay. Thank you for making our trip to Rome pleasant and easy!
