Guests will have access to 450 square metres spread over three levels and a 150-square-meter terrace, in a location that allows them to reach all the major historical and cultural sites on foot: Palazzo Abatellis, Piazza Marina, Piazza Pretoria, 4 Canti, the Cathedral, the Norman Palace, the Botanical Garden, and much more. The apartment is laid out as follows: on the ground floor are two spacious and bright living rooms, the dining room dominated by a masterpiece by the Palermo artist Alessandro Bazan, the comfortable kitchen (with laundry area), the impressive terrace featuring a covered dining area for enjoying meals in the shade, and one of the master bedrooms (with an en suite bathroom and sauna).
A short flight of stairs leads to the shared guest bathroom.
On the ground floor is the master bedroom with its own en suite bathroom, featuring both a bathtub and a shower.
Finally, on the second floor (attic level), there are the remaining two bedrooms: one double and one single, both with en suite bathrooms. This layout ensures complete tranquility and privacy in the sleeping area.
