Very easy to access and lots of things to do around the area. Didn’t know it was in the basement, so a little tough to get luggage down, but overall very nice. Great value for money!

Arrived on the afternoon train from Manchester, put our stuff down, and then went to an early walk in dinner at med sallah, which was excellent. After checkout, it was a lovely walk to paddington station where our trip back to the us began.

The studio apartment -actually a basement suite with no natural light - has been updated, but it is still fairly run-down. There was mildew in the bathroom and poorly repaired wood rot around the door frames.The building itself was run - down with poor quality carpeting on the stairs, etc.One of the mattresses was pretty shabby. That being said, it was clean and acceptable for one night, and the price was ok for what we got.

Would have been nice to know was in the basement . Couldn’t find the iron.Communication with host was a bit sparse and not a timely manner. However saying all that great place good location and comfortable stay, would stay again

It was okay.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. No place to leave bags. No elevators. To shower had to hold a button to keep water on while washing. Challenging.

This unit is in the basement, which means it's cooler if there's a heat wave (also a ceiling fan which was a life saver!). The window was open when I got there, but the little area outside of it smelled like urine which kind of put a damper on things. If it's cold though, this won't be an issue for you. Super nice area, I felt safe even with the window wide open all night.

Pleasantly surprised! It was great!

I read the reviews in the run up to my stay, and I was a little nervous - however, the stay was great. Clean, quiet, great communication and access wasn't an issue. Clearly undergoing recent renovations which I think help alleviate any worries about it's upkeep. Don't be put off by the bad reviews, it's clearly going through some changes and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Handy and near to tube connections!

It was easy to access and received an email to confirm how to check in and check out and secure codes. Has a sink, some plates, plenty of sockets and a fridge and shower. However, the shower is slightly broken. It can't be just left on the wall to shower and doesn't stay to the height you want it so that was a bit frustrating. Walls are thin so can hear others but absolutely fine for one night in London! We think someone from another flat was smoking.could smell it from the sink.
