Great Neighborhood, easy walking distance to park, skate park, splash pad, beach, and many restaurants. You will love this place! 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Home. Quiet Neighborhood walking distance to many family friendly activities. You can drive to Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens in about 10 minutes. You can drive to the Strand in about 3 minutes. You can walk to the beach in about 2 minutes without children and about 6 minutes with children. You can walk to the park in about 3 minutes as well with tennis courts, skate park, splash pad and playground.

Thank you for your review. I wish you would have told me about the dishes so that I could know which dishes were an issue. Sometimes the dishwasher leaves stuff behind and it is not noticed, but you make it sound like they were not washed at all, which is not the case. My housekeeper would have been happy to return if you had told me. This is also the first I am hearing about a ceiling fan, and it may be a remote battery or something that could have been easily fixed. I understand and am sorry you were having issues with a lot of the technical stuff in the house. Like when you set off the panic alarm to the police because you thought it was the air conditioner. I am always a phone call away and happy to help. You are correct that only one bedroom has a television, and that is how it is pictured and described in my listing. The porch treads do have a slight give, but I assure you is very stable.
