A Large SKI IN/OUT townhouse located directly across from Heavenly Valleys' Stagecoach Express high speed quad chair and Ski Lodge. May be the closest residential building on Planet Earth to a ski lift. Watch family and or friends ski right from your living room! Approx. 5 miles from the shores of Lake Tahoe & 24 hour casino entertainment.

Large 2,000 sf condo directly across from Heavenly's Stagecoach Express Quad Chair, and the Tahoe Rim Trail. A Ski IN/Out ski condo and great for hiking and mountain biking during the non ski season. Fully furnished and List price/month is for a one year lease 4500/mo. A monthly ski lease is available beginning November 22: A monthly ski lease is available beginning November 22: Entire ski season from 11/22/25 until May 1, 2026 42,500. 11/22/25 - 1/2/26 15,000 or beginning January 2 until May 1 30,000. VRBO guest service fee added to pricing above. Garbage, cable TV included. Tahoe Village amenities including summer pool and year round spa. Owner is a licensed Nevada Real Estate Broker.

Amazing location.

Just steps away from Heavenly’s Stagecoach lift. If you love getting first tracks then this is the place for you! We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location - property a little dated

Location, location, location. This place is right next to the lift - perfect! Similar to other reviews I read, lots of steps but it was great exercise. Host was a great communicator and process was easy. Only reason for overall 4 stars vs. 5 stars is the fact that the place is a little dated. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Ski in/ Ski out

Great place, directly across from the stage coach left. It was the perfect size for five people. Downstairs shower knob comes off and showerhead was stuck on massage mode. Other than that it was a great place and I recommend.

Great location

Host/owner was very responsive and was extremely helpful throughout the process. There were no complaints there. There were a few things to note. 1. To enter the property, you need to walk up nearly 4 flights of stairs to get in. It's quite a trek with all of our luggage and food. 2. The cleanliness was not great, the upstairs rugs were pretty filthy when we arrived, and there was just a whole lot of dust/mess under the sofa. We tried the vacuum to tidy up, but the equipment is so old, I realized it wouldn't help. So we had to hand-pick dust/straw/dirt off of the rugs. 3. The walls between units were very thin, and because everyone is a vacation renter, there was loud music starting at 3am. But again, the owner was extremely helpful and accommodating, and you can't beat the ski in/ski out aspect.

Heavenly visit

The location is ideal. As picture showed, right across the road from the Stagecoach lift. We had lunch in the unit each day. Be prepared for the 63 steps from the road up to the unit. The weather was devine - mid twenties to start each day and ending in the mid thirties. Mostly sunny. The views on the California side of Lake Tahoe were breathtaking. We spent half of our first few runs in that side taking pictures and enjoying the views. By far the best scenery of any place I have skied. If I return to Heavenly or were to asked where to stay, it would be in this unit.

Great Condo / Better Location! Perfect for Ski In/Ski Out

Condo was great for our group of 6. Plenty of room to spread out and still had room for others to stay if needed. Perfect location to hit the slopes right away. We were able to ski down and eat at our place without skipping a beat. Would definitely stay there again!

Awesome time at a practically fall onto lift place. The owner was very accommodating. Place had Tahoe charm and location can’t be beat. Skiing the Nevada side from the best express lift access made our stay! Shred on!

What an amazing place! Super convenient access to Heavenly- really great for groups where people may want to start or end at different times of the day. Everything was clean, kitchen had all the needed utensils/etc. Our group had a great time and hopes to plan a return sooner than later!

Great location!

Hard to beat the location — literally 2-3 minutes from door to the lift. Not for beginner skier or snowboarders since the lift drops you straight off on to some blues and an easy ride to another lift for the black and bowls. Relatively easy traversing between California and Nevada for more experienced riders. Easy straight shot to the village/casinos and shops.

Overall a Good Place

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of space inside for the 8 of us to hang out and it didn't feel cramped. We did have a few pain points with our stay, however. 1-The stairs are no joke. It was worth it to stay that close to the lift but expect to go up/down 3 flights any time you want to leave. 2-The kitchen cookware is very limited. We were cooking for 8 and it was a real challenge to make meals on that scale with what was provided. We had to go back out to the grocery store and bought 6 disposable aluminum baking sheets so we could make dinners. Also, whoever stays after us will have salt and pepper because we left the ones we had to buy behind. 3-We ran out of toilet paper on day 2 of our 4 day stay. There were no extra rolls in the house so we had to go back out to buy them, disappointing.

Best location you can find in heavenly

If you love ski on/off, this is one of the best locations you can find. Yes, you have to walk up 3-4 floor to get to the condo. But the condo is literally across the street from stagecoach lift. The best part is this is NOT a busy lift at all. It’s pretty convenient to get to all part of Nevada trails in Heavenly. It is a bit tricky to get to California side but I like Nevada side a lot. So this condo location really works for us. You hear the workers coming to start the lift early in the morning. You have your breakfast and as soon as the lift start, you go downstairs and in 2 min you are on the lift. Really love the experience. The condo itself is clean and spacious. Owner is great to work with. The only thing I would recommend is adding some more pots & pans in the kitchen, for groups who prefer to cook and dine in. Basic kitchen supply (like spices) is a little short but could be just my luck. I left some oil, pepper etc. for the next group to use. But overall, we love this condo and would definitely be our first choice when we come back to Heavenly next time.
