We chose this spot as the last of 6 bookings on a two week journey, deliberately because it was away from the noise of the city. It delivered, with a peaceful, beautiful neighborhood that was a delight to stay in. Everything we needed was nearby, and we enjoyed the drive into Edinburgh, and exploring the graveyard down the street. Our family of four (larger children, not young) filled the space completely, but we weren't uncomfortable. Everything was clean and attractive, especially the large shower. Highly recommend!
Top notch, beautiful, clean, safe and comfortable. Host provided a well thought out booklet with helpful, clear instructions and guidance as well as local info.Host was instantly available by vrbo messaging and picked us up with all our luggage when taxis busy and not available.Hideabed was very comfortable, deluxe bedding, shower is beautiful. Cannot give high enough praise for our Host Toni. We would happily use this host again. Over the top!!!

The property was newly renovated and looked exactly like the pictures. The hosts were great, left a jug of milk for us and dropped off a USB charger/power plug adapter from EU to north American power plug after I messaged them that I forgot to bring one. They respond promptly to questions but would I prefer a little more proactive timing to sending out welcome details.
Just finished our stay at Toni’s VRBO. I have to say the place was very clean and modern. The location is around a 40 minute drive into Edinburgh which we did a couple of times but otherwise the surrounding town & villages had everything we needed and were fun to explore. Was surprised to find out after washing some clothes there was no dryer, but were able to dry clothes over the heating registers. Good parking, all in all would recommend Toni’s place and would definitely return.
