Step inside this outstanding beachfront time capsule lovingly cared for by same family for 60+ years. Located on Gearhart's popular "Gin Ridge!" Watch the sunset from the beautiful wrap around back porch with private path down to beach. Cozy up to the wood burning fireplace. Great open floor plan with formal dining room. Rainy day? Lounge in the comfortable sunroom and admire the gorgeous views and peaceful atmosphere. Huge master bedroom with jack and jill attached bathroom to corner room with twin beds. Bunk room great for young kids. 4th bedroom with full sized bed and last but not least, 5th bedroom with attached shared bathroom. Spectacular beach views from master and 5th bedroom. Parking allows for 5 cars. Super retro pink kitchen, a must see!

The house was beautifully situated back from the ocean which gave us wonderful views and easy access to the beach. The house was spacious enough for the 9 of us to relax and do our own thing in comfort. We were able to explore the Oregon coast with Gearhart being a beautiful and convenient base.

We were able to see whales breaching from the back deck. It's an amazing low key place to spend time with family. We always love it.... The stove is a bit funky, and the bunk room really is better for those under 10. However, it is still a great family tradition to stay there.

We had a wonderful week in Gearhart. The moment you walk in and are greeted by the gorgeous Ocean Views, you know it's going to be a nice stay.We spent a lot of time in the Sun room and on the Porch, it was perfect out there from sunrise to sunset.The charm and history of this place is amazing. We would love to know more!

Clean, comfortable beds. Beautiful view of the ocean. House is large, roomy and comfortable. Decor is a bit funky but it added to the charm. Would definitely stay here again.

As always we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great beach walks in all sorts of weather from sunshine to gale force winds, then relaxing in front of a wood fire in the evenings.

Perfect beach property for a family holiday

A lovely old house with lots of character on the sandy Gearhart beach and close to the charming village. We have stayed here multiple times and hope to again. The owners are a pleasure to deal with.

The location to the beach was wonderful
