Theresa and I had a great time the apartment and service we received was first class would recommend it to anyone The location was excellent with transport Train Buses and metro to travel around was excellent

The lounge and bedroom were of a good size and nicely presented . However disappointed with the bathroom and shower as it needs totally redoing and the ceramics were cracked and the shower totally inadequate .I also had to complain about a ripped duvet cover . It took them 2 days to just drop a sheet to the apartment which they left on the table and did not even put on to the bed . No coffee mugs or wine glasses which is such a simple thing to fix .Also no mattresses on the sun loungers which I told them about but they never addressed . Also be well aware you have to pick the keys up from the office and it is then a 25 minute walk to the apartment .Will not be returning unless the bathroom is refurbished and the keys are at the property .
