The most stunning and well equipped cottage we’ve ever stayed in! The furnishings were of the highest quality and the cottage was warm, cosy and welcoming with everything we needed for a perfect break! I can highly recommend this gorgeous home in outstanding surroundings just a short walk from all amenities. We’ll definitely be back! 5 star!

Excellent cottage in a lovely location. The owner was very helpful and forgave us for breaking the cafetière …. There are walks straight from the door and we loved having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the river. We oldies walked to Grassington and Linton, and enjoyed watching children play in the river near the Falls. Our slightly younger friends ventured further afield for longer hikes. Highly recommend the Fountaine Inn in Linton - by far the best food we found in the neighbourhood. The weather was hot and sunny all the time we were there, but we still slept comfortably at night. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday and wholeheartedly recommend Kirk Yett cottage.
