We had two apartments and both were spotlessly clean, nicely designed (exposed stone walls, sleek furnishings), and comfortable. The showers had great water pressure. The apartments felt very secure and safe, and they were very quiet. The location is perfect: 10 minutes walk to train station, even shorter walk to ferry, dozens of great restaurants and shops in immediate area. The host was so friendly and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.

Highly recommended! We were a group of seven and stayed for two nights in two apartments next to each other. We were warmly welcomed by two lovely members of staff, who showed us around upon arrival. The apartments were fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, including kitchen utensils, chargers, hairdryers and air conditioning. They were cozy, spotlessly clean and beautifully renovated in 2023. The service was impeccable throughout our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised to find complimentary mineral water, bottled water and a bottle of sparkling wine in each apartment, as well as the flexibility of an early check-in and late check-out. The apartments also include parking and are ideally located in the centre of Como, within a short walking distance of both the train station and the lake. One thing worth mentioning is that renovation work is currently taking place in the neighbouring building, which shares a wall with the property. As a result, there can be some construction noise on weekdays. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend these apartments!
