Plan a football weekend in the fall, Clemson is right up the road. You cannot go wrong with this custom charming and private vacation retreat. Rent this exceptional home with an extra large screen porch overlooking the lake plus a firepit area outside. It's the perfect spot for quiet evenings of conversation and cricket listening. Enjoy the walk out basement with covered patio, and gas grill. No pets are allowed. The property has a private deep water dock with peaceful views for mooring your boat, sunbathing or fishing. Check out time is 11 am Check in is 4 pm. During June-August we have a 1 week minimum stay period. Boat Rentals at High Falls Boat Rentals nearby. Exterior video cameras present. You can park your boat trailer on our property at the top spur. 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Bunk room that sleeps 6.

We live in Greenville, SC and love this quiet scenic property. The house is tastefully decorated with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. 3 of the bedrooms have queen size beds and one has bunk beds with room for 6 children. There are two areas for watching television and playing games. Plus the property has a refrigerator and sink downstairs in addition to the full kitchen upstairs. Grilling is available on the covered walk out patio.
