All lake toys and paddles must be put in proper spot as it was found.
All used towels and linens put in laundry room.
All furniture must be in its original location.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Our home is on a Septic System and so we ask you to be mindful that nothing besides toilet paper and body waste go down our toilets.
Grill must be cleaned turn the gas off and cover the grill. If the grill is not properly cleaned you may forfeit the security deposit.
