The house is really well located, within easy walking distance of everything Bourton on the Water has to offer.There was off road parking for two cars and overall the house was comfortable and clean with plenty of indoor and outdoor space.

Spacious house. Great location.

The house is convenient for walking into Bourton on the Water and exploring everything else to Cotswolds has to offer with off-road parking for two cars. Spacious with three double bedrooms, a comfortable lounge, large dining kitchen and landscaped garden offering an attractive seating area with outside heaters, a table and chairs for alfresco dining and a barbecue for when the weather is lovely and sunny.

Clean, Comfortable and Connected

Probably one of the best property I’ve stayed in Cotswold over last few years. It has an amazing outdoor space to spend time with family. Kitchen is well equipped and the property is just couple of mins walk away from the water.

Clean, comfortable, great location

We had an excellent stay and couldn’t have asked for more. The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and communication with the host was easy and responsive from start to finish. Everything about the stay was smooth and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay at the property! It’s spacious and very clean. It was extremely well equipped.Because of the weather, we didn’t need to use the lounge. We just sat outside in the beautiful garden and around the kitchen table.The fans provided proved to be very useful!Thank you very much. We would love to return one day.

Perfect cottage and location, had a fabulous few days away will definitely be back

House was absolutely lovely, so clean and a few minutes walk from the centre of Bourton which is so pretty at this time of year.. beautiful setting to start the Christmas celebrations … lots of write ups say a short walk to shops etc but this really was a couple of minutes walk, fantastic location.. house was really clean and the Christmas decorations were a lovely touch too… had a lovely few days with my 85 year old mum ( downstairs bedroom was perfect ) hubby and dog….highly recommend x
