OF NOTE: The front area of the apartment which includes -1 queen sofa bed in the living room, armoire(sheets and pillows inside), full bathroom with step in shower can be separated by a door acting as 2nd private bedroom when needed and each bedroom area has a private exterior door to get in and out.
When it's time to refresh, the home boasts 3 bathrooms, providing ample space and privacy. Enjoy the convenience of the washing machine and dryer, as well as the essential amenities like towels, basic soaps, and a hair dryer.

Trash and recycling cans are on the right side of the house as you exit in between 909 and 911 Vine St houses.
Just FYI-Trash pick up day is Monday morning. Recycling pick up day is Wednesday afternoon.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement. Security Deposit Required of $300. Minimum age to rent is 25.

We didn't really take advantage of all the kitchen area had to offer(appliances, dishes, cooking utensils) but it is very well stocked. The house is very nice and quite comfortable. The only issue that we had was that the front steps were slick from snow and ice after a storm. That made them a bit dangerous, especially because there was no handrail by the lower steps.

My husband and I have lived in this neighborhood since 1997. I was born in Louisville and my husband grew up in California. I am a retired nurse now realtor and my husband is a general contractor and has been doing home renovations since 2007.
We both graduated from the University of Louisville. We started our home sharing adventure in May of 2017 and have absolutely loved meeting people from all over the country. We would love to host people from other countries too. Everyone we have met has been so considerate and come visit for a variety of reasons from KY Derby to sporting events to just wanting to meet up with old friends. Let us know why you are coming to visit and we will try to accommodate and enhance your stay.
