Good location, fabulous views from the upstairs area, not particularly clean (cleanliness is very important to us)Mattresses not very comfortable, shower head was a problem to stay in the holder in the en-suite.There was a hole in the wall in the hallway behind the door.Had to have windows open as so hot & the smellFrom the curry house next door is still up my nose. We had a great short stay but in my opinion 949 was not great value for money for 3 nights!!
