The house is a bright, newly expanded 4-bedroom home perfect for families or groups of friends. With a high-ceilinged kitchen and den, house-length screened-in porch, two newly renovated upstairs bedrooms, and two cozy downstairs bedrooms, there’s plenty of space to gather or spread out and relax. Multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas, tons of natural light, and a large backyard make this an ideal place to unwind and enjoy summer on the Vineyard.

We truly love our Vineyard home and hope you will too. Over the years, we've created countless memories here as a family. When we travel, we seek peace, comfort, and natural beauty, and this home never fails to deliver. The quiet neighborhood, thoughtful layout, and surrounding trees help us reset the moment we walk in the door. Our shoulders drop, our breath deepens, and a sense of calm settles in.

We now split our time between Martha’s Vineyard and Puerto Rico, and while both places hold a special place in our hearts, the Vineyard is where we feel most grounded. It’s our happy place — and we’re so glad to share it with others who are looking for that same sense of ease, joy, and connection.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this part of West Chop because it’s the perfect mix of peaceful and connected. Tucked just beside the West Chop Woods, the nights here are quiet, starry, and serene — ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring town. And some of our favorite Vineyard spots are just a mile or less away: ice cream for Jack, the beach for Liz, and golf for Zack.

We love that we can walk to town, the ferry, or Grove Street Beach in minutes, yet come home to a space that feels private and calm. Whether you're here to explore, relax, or reconnect, we hope you’ll make your own special Vineyard memories — and discover your favorite spots, just like we did.
