A 360 m² private terrace and 220 m² of refined interiors make C&Y Trastevere a spacious base for your stay in Rome. Four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a double living room let families and friends enjoy time together while keeping their own space.

THE PRIVATE TERRACE
Enjoy outdoor meals, a quiet break among the greenery or an evening under the Roman sky. The terrace includes a heated mini-pool with hydromassage, sun loungers, a barbecue and relaxation areas, all reserved for your group.

ROOMS AND LIVING SPACES
The Spa Suite and The Emerald each have a king bed; The Muse Room and Aurea Suite each have a double bed. Two single sofa beds and a single bed in the living areas bring the total capacity to 11 guests. Four bathrooms, a spacious double living room with wood paneling and a fully equipped modern kitchen make the home suited to shared stays.

COMFORT AND HOSPITALITY
Individually controlled air conditioning, double-glazed windows and electric shutters help you enjoy the interiors comfortably. High-quality linens, premium mattresses and pillows, a welcome kit, a welcome bottle and Nespresso coffee complete the experience.

EXPERIENCES ON REQUEST
Private-driver transfers, an in-home chef, guided tours, museum tickets and excursions outside Rome can be arranged on request. Please contact us in advance to check availability and prices for these additional services.

What a fantastic apartment! The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the expansive terrace is truly breathtaking. It was one of our favorite features of the property.We were warmly welcomed by the hosts, who took the time to walk us through the apartment and provide excellent restaurant recommendations. They were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment also comes with a dedicated app, which was very useful for accessing information, recommendations and could lock and unlock the doors. The location is excellent. There are numerous wonderful restaurants within walking distance, a grocery store conveniently located next door, and a fantastic bakery just a short stroll away.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return next time we are in Rome.
