Lovely spot in an active area. Lots of shops and access to transit within minutes of the door. Spent time with the family, kid loved it and so did we.

The Pros:Jolana was an excellent, responsive host.The location is great, very close to all the fun Richmond sights, in a safe area, and very walkable.The Cons:There was a significant amount of street noise if you have the windows open, and there is a hotel across the street, so there's a lot of foot/car traffic right outside your windows. The biggest problem, and the reason we checked out early, was the electrical breaker kept blowing. The power was out when we arrived. (Our host let us know someone had been out to work on it the day before our stay, but it continued to go out during our stay) It was a huge disappointment and extremely stressful to try to find another place to stay in the beginning of our trip. We ended up having to leave Richmond entirely, and move all our things to a stay in London.

An electrician had attended before your arrival and we believed the problem had been resolved, so I was equally disappointed when it reoccurred. The issue has since been investigated and rectified. I completely understand the inconvenience this caused and I’m sorry it affected your stay in Richmond.
