Outstanding location! Easy two-minute walk to vaporetto stop and well-equipped market. Very clean. Great host who let us drop our luggage at the apartment before check-in time. Excellent communication.

Clean apartment. Had laundry and kitchen, even had basic things like espresso, sugar, olive oil and balsamic oils (Italian necessities!!) Location was very convenient. Cute bakeries and stores right there. 1min walk from vaporreta stop. Host was easy to communicate with. We stayed as a family of 4 and it was perfect.

How I can Say... The information to find a right place was terrible, two streets with a same name but you need to use a cardinal points to find a good one after we have paid 80 Euro by boat and 40 minutes by walk !!! Inside a house, there is nobody was here to welcome us like five other place before in Italy and France. The washing machine had a lot of water inside, 1 rool of toilet paper for 3 Days, 4 people, lamp and wardrobe door were broken, there were lots of clumps of hair on the sofa and no glass wine for a country mondial producer!!! Sometimes it smelled bad and damp. I'll never reccomand this place and the host need to be better for costumer!!!

Good morning, YOU entered the wrong address and waited to message me. I replied immediately. The apartment has self-check-in after 5 PM, as stated. It's not my fault if you don't like traveling in Europe. I'm sorry about the cleanliness, but I sincerely doubt your opinion.

This is a nice, but bare bones, property in Venice. We liked the location and it was very clean and as described. The apartment is minimally furnished and the air conditioning did little to keep the apartment cool. It was a nice apartment if you're looking for a place to sleep, but leaves a bit to be desired if you want a place to spend time with family and friends.

Location is good, 2 blocks from S Angelo water taxi stop. There is a cheap grocery Despair 5min away. Rooms could be a bit cleaner.
