Well located. Close to the train station and many attractions. On the 4th floor with no elevator (not a big deal but could be an obstacle for some)

A perfect location. A large portion of the city was walkable from here. Great and cozy space, even for 3. Wonderful skylight. Kitchen had everything one would need for a short stay. The only comment that is just personal preference would be to bring a pillow if you need or want additional support. They were small and thinner. I found them fine but my wife wished she had a little more support. We didn't think of using the extra pullout pillow until too late. This did not detract from our stay. Great place!

Our stay at the Attic Studio was very comfortable and roomy enough for my husband and I, and our 2 large luggage. The studio was clean and the decor was appropriate for the ambiance of Florence. It is in the heart of Florence, very close to SMN train station, shops and restaurants. It is very convenient. Bonus: there is a laundromat a few doors down which was convenient. I, however, would not recommend this place for people who have mobility issues as it is on the top floor of the building, and there is no lift. Also, the bed and BR are not on the same level of the studio. The bed is up in the loft and would require one to use stairs to access the BR. If stairs are not an issue with you, it's a nice chic place to stay at in Florence.

INCREDIBLE!! What a wonderful little spot in the city. HIGHLY RECOMMEND a stay here. It was a bit of a hike up the stairs but the view (and the AC) was worth it!! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and held on to our suitcases until we were ready to collect them to leave, so we knew they were secure and didn’t have to drag them around the city.
