Welcome to a very spacious and cosy apartment at the popular Sunset Beach Resort, with spectacular views of the pool area and partial ocean views. The apartment is located in a quiet and attractive setting on the west coast, right by the ocean and just a five-minute walk from a swimmer-friendly beach.

The apartment spans 105 square metres and has been newly renovated with a well-thought-out floor plan, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light. It features two comfortable bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, a large living room, and an open, fully equipped Western-style kitchen—perfect for both short and long stays.

As a guest, you’ll stay in a resort with hotel-standard amenities, yet in the comfort of a private home. You’ll have access to a large, two-level pool area near the ocean, a gym, pool bars, a restaurant, a children’s playroom, a reception desk, and 24/7 security. Free parking and a complimentary shuttle bus to and from Patong are included. Housekeeping can be booked as needed. A perfect combination of comfort, relaxation, and convenience. Very child-friendly with a kids’ pool, playroom, and baby kit.

Note: The only additional cost is for electricity usage; unfortunately, I cannot include this in the price, as I have found that it has been wasted unnecessarily in the past. It’s better for guests to decide for themselves how much they want to use; I’ve seen everything from 2000-15000 per month among different guests.
The electricity metre is photographed upon check-in and check-out, and it’s visible so you can keep track of your usage during your stay if you want to know how much you’re using. The cost is 7 baht per unit, and normal usage is about 20–30 units if the entire apartment is used. I’ve switched to LED lighting throughout the apartment. It doesn’t have to be expensive if you’re mindful.
