This beautiful home that sleeps 10 guest comfortably offers 5 spacious rooms and 4 bathrooms. 2 master suites with private full baths and heated floors. All other bedrooms offer; 2 queen beds, 1 queen, and bunk room with a twin over full bed and another queen bed.

After a long day full of activities, enjoy cooking in your gourmet kitchen with high end appliances. With a spacious dining room and 2 family rooms with fireplaces, there is plenty of room to put your feet up and relax. The house has four(4) top of the line TVs. Main TV 75” and the downstairs family TV is 55”; great for entertaining, watching movies, or sports.

This property is centrally located to all that Tahoe has to offer. Within .5 miles you have access to some of the best single track mountain biking, downhill skiing, XC skiing, hiking, equestrian riding, and your own private lake access. Enjoy a meal or shopping in bustling downtown Truckee that is only 7 miles from the house.

For those serious boarders / skiers, Squaw and Northstar are less than 15 miles away.

When renting this home you also have access to Tahoe Donner amenities which include a heated lap pool, hot tub, tennis, workout facility etc... Only 4 additional passes are included with your stay. Tahoe Donner limits that 4 extra passes may be used per day per household. To see a full list of Tahoe Donner amenities please visit website.

Trout Creek Recreation Center, Tahoe Donner’s well-equipped fitness facility, gives you many opportunities to get into shape.

Alder Creek Adventure Center, Tahoe Donner's latest addition, serves as the Cross Country Ski Area base facility for all Nordic and snowshoeing activities in the winter, and in the summer is the hub for Bike works, the Equestrian Center, select Day Camps, and occasional special events. The Adler Creek cafe is open daily for lunch and has happy hour during the weekends from 3 p.m to 5 p.m. Please refer to their website for further details.

Northwoods Clubhouse is only open during the summer months. The pool there offers a slide.

We have a ping pong table and foosball table!!

Amazing cabin for Tahoe trips!

Great Family Getaway

Snow trip!

We stayed here for our family snow trip. There was plenty of room. The house is very comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood is lovely. The only complaint we had was that the microwave and dishwasher needed repair, but this certainly didn’t affect our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay and hosts!

The house was so spacious and great for our group of 3 families with young kids. That place was clean, had a stocked kitchen and lots of games. We did have a power outage in the area but Nina and Paul kept in contact with us during that time to help us monitor. Also, they went above and beyond and shipped back a jacket that we left behind. Thank you so much for having us and being wonderful hosts!

Stunning mountain property

What a beautiful property with a high-end mountain vibe. The entire house was spotless. It had a well stocked kitchen as well as plenty of towels, blankets and bedding. It was also well stocked with trash bags, dish & dishwasher soap, even laundry detergent. The hosts were professional and prompt with all of our inquiries; we all felt they wanted us to have a wonderful vacation experience at their property. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we go to Truckee.

Winter Wonderland

My family and our friends had a marvelous, memorable time in this house. The neighborhood, the views through the huge windows in the front and especially the back, were truly majestic.Accessing the home was as simple as following the directions. The home was clean, organized, spacious, and beautiful. The home is roomy enough to have family time with everyone together or to have a separation with the teenager's downstairs and AWAY! The kids were able to sled out back, go a short distance for skiing and snowboarding, and of course to have snowball fights and igloo building.Everyone was comfortable in the amply supplied kitchen, in the comfortable beds, and on the cozy couches.We greatly appreciated the opportunity to enhance our holiday and spend our holiday there.We absolutely recommend this home!

Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property. The kitchen was well-stocked, and there was plenty of seating and enough beds for our large family get together. The location of the house is a bit removed from the bustle, but it made for peaceful nights on the deck. The house is about 15 minutes from Donner Lake and 25-30 minutes from some of the popular beaches on the north side of Lake Tahoe. We didn't end up making use of the shared pool and hot tub, but the owner made passes available for up to 8 guests. The only caveat to this property is the amount of noise transfer between levels. We had a large group, and it was difficult for some people to sleep in downstairs when others were awake and moving on the main floor because every footstep could be heard below. We eventually trained the kids to tip-toe when up early in the morning, but it was a learning curve. Overall, however, the house was great!

Great Cabin, great value

We stayed here for a family reunion. We love this location. The big back deck was nice to enjoy meals outside. Lots of dining and seating. Unfortunately we were not able to utilize the pools and recreation amenities because $17 per person per day was a little beyond our budget for our group . But we’ve used it in the pass and it’s nice.
