A great apartment with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, with an incredible terrace from which you can feel the breeze of the Caribbean Sea, has a living room and the large balcony around.

It is a beautifully decorated apartment and its modern kitchen is fully equipped, we have cable TV and free WIFI.
We are only 50 meters from the beach and steps from 5th Avenue.

On the rooftop there is the pool, the grill, a common living area and a complete bathroom, all this for the enjoyment of everyone who is staying in POLO 88, this area is common and can be shared with other guests.

The building is located in a quiet neighborhood of Playa del Carmen, steps from the PARADISUS HOTEL and small boutique hotels.

Walking by the beach to either side you will find the Gran Coral, Coco and Cannibal Royal Beach Clubs.

5th Ave is in the corner and it has a great bike path which will put you in minutes within restaurants and shops.

5th but specially 10th ave has taxis every 3 minutes.

We do not have private parking, if you travel by car you can park on the street in front of the building safely and for free.

- Reservations of 20 days or more, the cost for electricity service is charged to the guest, this is done with the reading of the electric meter upon arrival.
- Reservations of 1 month or more, 2 cleanings per month are mandatory, the cost is charged to the guest.(450 - 650 pesos each ,depending on the size of your apartment )
- The hosts only provide bath soap, shampoo, toilet paper and garbage bags for the guest's arrival.
After check in any of these materials will be assumed by the guest.
