One bedroom has a queen bed and one bedroom has two twin beds. There are two parking spaces for this unit. (The adjacent Unit B, which is listing 640170, 3 beds--sleeps 6-7 can also be rented to create a 5 bedroom unit. It is listing 640170 ). Both units have open floor plans, with kitchen, living/dining room. They both are sunny and bright with high cathedral ceilings, skylights, and decks with ocean views. The units are charmingly decorated with summer colors and unique details. These cottages are part of a 3 unit building. The front unit, facing Kings Highway, is owner occupied. The 2 rental cottages are on the Edgewood Avenue side of the building. The location of these units is outstanding. You are directly across the street from the beach!
