Queen of the Beach is a 1-bedroom, 1 bath that is located on the second floor. The condo itself has been beautifully remodeled with new interior furnishings, tile back splash and more. It has a nice coastal theme and will easily accommodates 4 adults. The condo comes with private Wi-Fi network but there is also Wi-Fi available in the business center and gazebo area for guest use. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is a washer and dryer as well as a reserved parking spot for your convenience. As you enjoy your morning coffee or favorite evening beverage you will take in a nice view of the dunes and Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony.

CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.
