The host is brilliant. Everything went really smoothly right from the start – whether it was collecting the keys, the instructions on how to get into the accommodation, and so on. They responded IMMEDIATELY to any issues, such as a missing clothes rack or a problem with the stove. A brand-new clothes rack and a brand-new set of pans were delivered that very same day. The host went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The flat was very clean. The only thing we didn’t like so much was the fact that the flat faces the back courtyard, making it difficult to air it out properly, and the stairwell – though the host can’t be blamed for this – isn’t particularly nice and doesn’t smell very pleasant. But that has nothing to do with the accommodation itself. We felt very comfortable there. The location is top-notch. I can recommend this flat to anyone. Übersetzt mit DeepL (https://dee.pl/apps)

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Honestly, a terrible experience and an incredibly frustrating host. When I initially booked the property, I contacted the host about an early check-in, which they agreed to. After that, it was complete radio silence. I contacted the host multiple times for the check-in instructions but received absolutely no response. I tried calling, WhatsApp, email, and messaging directly through the Expedia app—and got nothing. Eventually, I contacted Expedia/Vrbo customer service, who also tried multiple times to reach the host about the check-in instructions. Even they couldn’t get a response. With no way of knowing how or when I could access the property, I had no choice but to book another property at the last minute, which ended up being costly and completely avoidable. Then, unbelievably, I finally received the check-in instructions on the day of the booking, just 45 minutes before the agreed early check-in time. By then, it was far too late and I had already made alternative arrangements. This level of communication is completely unacceptable. I made every possible effort to contact the host, and even Expedia/Vrbo couldn’t reach them. The whole situation caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and additional expense. I would not recommend this property or this host.
