Excellent stay

Location couldn't be better, a lot to do and see within walking distance. Rest of Daytona offers so much, will definitely stay again.

My family stayed at this property for 4 nights and although the communication with host was good, we were not impressed with the conditions of the condo. This specific condo listing is really run down and could use some TLC. The bathroom is very old, rusted and moldy. The sheets on all beds smelled like pee, we had to reach out to the host for new sheets. Some of the sheets even had blood on them. This shows me that the condo is not being cleaned well between guests. Some recommendations for the hosts. Invest in some new sheets/comforters for the beds. Deep clean bathroom and kitchen between guests. Put new caulking around edges of tub and bathroom tiling. These are such smell investments that really go a long way.

Had we been made aware of the additional concerns regarding the bathroom, kitchen, or other areas while you were there, we would have been happy to address them and have our cleaning or maintenance team take care of anything that needed attention. We’re glad you found our communication to be good, and we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. We will certainly review the items you mentioned with our cleaning and maintenance teams.

The perfect location for a little getaway

The facility is beautiful! The check in ladies were phenomenal! The room is spectacular! I love to cook and the kitchen had everything i needed. The view!!! Oh my goodness the balcony view “chefs kiss”. My family will definitely be back here!

Great location, Great communication

The condo was exactly as we expected and was the perfect spot for us. We love staying in this community, as we come to Daytona quite often. Bonus for this condo is that it’s on a higher floor, but also on the same level as the parking garage so you can move luggage and/or groceries super easy.
