No worries about packing towels or linens - just bring your clothes. Experience what perfect fall weather in AZ is like! Our home is fully furnished with a king size sleep number bed in the master (en suite bathroom) and a queen bed in the guest room. Enjoy your morning coffee on the shady patio. Golf cart included - play a round at one of our 5 golf courses in the Sun Lakes community! If you like to cook, the recently updated kitchen features all needed appliances plus a stack washer/dryer for laundry day. A gas grill on the patio is great for the grillmaster. The Sun Lakes community offers many amenities including heated pools, tennis courts, pickle ball, exercise facilities, restaurants and more. Easy access to Hwy 10; 20 minutes from Sky Harbor or Mesa Gateway airports. Enjoy a taste of what Sun Lakes retirement living is all about!

Beautiful location, quiet street, and easy access to the freeway. Love Sun Lakes! It was so fun to take the golf cart out exploring. The house had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect spot for us, but maybe not for those with young kids. It is a quiet community pool and kids are only allowed for 4 or 5 hours each day.. The place was well supplied with laundry supplies, lots of kitchen gadgets etc…

Sun Lakes Property - Super Awesome

Cheryl was great and easy to communicate with. The house was very nice in the middle of a quiet community. Golf Cart was an unexpected added bonus for us to enjoy our stay.

December Get Away

This location was perfect for us for our December get away! It was close to my parents' house in Sun Lakes so it was very convenient for visiting them while we were in Arizona. It was great to take advantage of the golf course with the use of the golf cart. We are looking forward to our visit next December.

Fall Family Visit

Perfect! We all enjoyed our stay so much. Everything you need and so much more. We just had a blast staying here. The kids loved the pool and the golf cart:) The dog and I loved the greenbelt walks so much! Highly recommended. Hosts are awesome.

Wonderful place and beautiful area!

Waiting for our house to be built we needed a place to stay for 4 weeks. This property is perfect! Great amenities, fun neighborhood and community. First time staying in a golf retirement community. Loved it.... taking the golf cart to dinner and to the community pool was a treat. Would recommend this place to others!! Everyone was nice and treated me well. Great experience!

Arizona Retreat

I had a wonderful stay at the property. I was visiting for cancer treatment and the accommodations had everything I needed, Including the swimming pool which I used daily via the golf cart. The house was very comfortable and provided a wonderful healing environment. Cheryl and Mike were responsive and caring and wonderful. I definitely recommend this property.

The property was everything it was advertised to be. Great home and excellent location. Best we have encountered in 20 years of trips to the Phoenix area. Clean and comfortable

We were greeted by Cheryl and she walked us through the home and made sure we knew how to operate the tv, golf cart, etc. It was fabulous to use the provided golf cart to zip up to the pool, clubhouse or restaurant. This place had all the necessities to make our stay wonderful. I’d definitely recommend staying here. Great community and close to everything. Check out Stone and Barrel for great food and view. Great property with everything you need

The house is furnished with everything you need from bar soap to golf cart. It’s nice to have so many pool options to go to. The WiFi is great and supported me while working from home during the day. The owners are awesome people and very responsive to questions. They even stopped by to put a screen on the gate so my small dogs couldn’t get out again. I will stay in their property again!
