The well-thought-out floor plan offers a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a cozy dining area on the ground floor of both houses. In the spacious upper floors, which gain additional space thanks to their cantilevered design, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountain landscape through impressive gable windows.





The 1,000 square meter natural property invites you to linger with various seating areas. A special highlight is the outdoor sauna, designed as a hunting blind, which combines relaxation with panoramic views.





The Hasenbacher Teich pond, part of the historic Oberharzer Wasserregal water management system, is within walking distance and offers refreshing swimming in summer. There are numerous hiking trails and cross-country ski trails in the surrounding area, and the mountain town of Clausthal-Zellerfeld, just 3 km away, offers a wide range of shopping and dining options.
