apartment is located in a nice and very centric street. you can walk to grand via, museo del prado, etc. the department is nice and updated and has Central AC and two bathroom, which was super convenient for a family of 5!I would give a 5/5 except that the first night we couldn't find any blanket/cover for the beds. And when you call the after hours phone number and choose to talk to a rep option, you receive a message that you need to call during regular hours. so we ended up sleeping just with the sheet. Next day when we call again, we selected the check in option and someone answered: he asked us to pull up the mattresses and the blankets were storaged there!!!! We couldtn find anywhere that instruction.... and it would make our first night more pleasant.
