✅ Space and Privacy: A townhouse with a spacious, fenced-in private garden and a large panoramic terrace overlooking the sea and the Conero, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners.
✅ Comfort: The house features 2 spacious and bright double bedrooms, one single bedroom, 1 bathroom + 1 half-bath, a fully equipped kitchen with air conditioning, and a large living room. Air conditioning is available only in the kitchen/living room.
One covered parking space (not suitable for SUVs) and one uncovered space on the property.
✅ Location: About 1 km from the sea and a public beach where dogs are allowed, with supermarkets and shops 1 km away.
✅Four-legged friends 🐶: Dogs are welcome here!
