About this property

Maui Banyan Q-109 Unit B | Steps to the Pool!

Perfect for kids and grandparents! Most convenient unit in Maui Banyan!

We are so happy to be offering Maui Banyan Q109B. This unit is our home away from home in Maui. We chose this condo specifically because it is exactly what our family wants. It is on the ground floor in the corner, so there's no walking down long halls or taking elevators. It's also the closest unit to the parking lot, the pool and hot tub, and the tennis court! It's near the back of the resort, so there's no street noise. Plus, we renovated the unit so its super comfortable, with brand new Casper mattresses, a new bathroom and kitchen, a washer and dryer, and even a Dyson vacuum (my husband hates sand!)! The unit has powerful air conditioning, and a comfortable sofa and porch to relax in at the end of the day. And for the kids, the pool is literally 20 feet away. You'll wake up with the birds singing. It's heaven.

We like the Banyan more than any of the fancy resorts, because it is so easy to get in and out, just hop in the car and explore Maui! And if you don't feel like driving, you are literally 1 block away from some of the best restaurants in Kihei, and across the street from the best beach (Kamaole III)!

Come experience Maui- we hope you love it here as much as we do!

Great Place, Great Location

We were very happy with our experience, the property was just as the photos portrayed it. The space was clean and comfortable. Great proximity to the beach, we loved the beach chairs and umbrellas made available to guests. Proximity to an open parking lot and main level accommodations made it easy for us to come and go. We definitely would return to this location! Thank you!!

very well equipped. only issue we had was spectrum tv, and trying to figure out how to use all the remotes. not at all an issue with the condo....had problems on oahu with the same thing.

Confusion at First

I rented this room just a few days prior. Check in day arrived, which was a Sunday we had no check in instruction so i email. I recieved computer generated email stating someone would reply soon, NEVER happened. After calling seversl number and leaving voicemails no response. This is very frustrating someone should be answering even on a Sunday. Eventually i found a local number and had to dial 0 for emergencies. Thankfully this VERY nice lady helped me out and we got in. The room was fantastic very clean very GOOD location and the bed was COMFORTABLE! This turned out to be a wonderful stay but the confusion at first was a beatdown. It would have been totally great if communication was simple. Oh and someone DID finaly return my many calls at 9:15 a m. on Monday, a little (LOT) late.

Great 1 bedroom Condo

This Condo has everything you could want for your stay. It had chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and ice chest for the beach. It is very comfortable and clean, right next to the pool and bar-b-que’s . Ground floor unit made it easy to just walk out the slider to the pool. Would definitely stay here again.
