: Perfect location, excellent value for money. A comfortable size for three people, and having two bathrooms is brilliant. There are obvious signs of water ingress in the flat, but there is no smell of mould.

Location close to transport links. The flat is functional and clean. We appreciated the two shower rooms and the door to the bedroom. However, a curtain would be welcome to separate the second bedroom from the living room. The door handles are very hard to turn, especially with wet hands when leaving the bathroom. No towel rails in the showers. The noise of cars driving along the cobbled streets and planes flying overhead.

Com nossa estadia ocorreu tudo bem. Fui com uma criança pequena de 3 anos, não tive grandes dificuld

Com nossa estadia ocorreu tudo bem. Fui com uma criança pequena de 3 anos, não tive grandes dificuldades. A área é bem tranquila, tem mercado pequeno bem na porta, padarias e restaurantes nos arredores. Faz falta um supermercado próximo, mas é possível sempre comprar algo durante a estadia. Tem 3 linhas de bus que levam literalmente a qualquer ponto de Lisboa, bem como o Bonde direto para o Centro ou Belém a 5 minutos a pé. Acho que o custo beneficio compensou demais. O apartamento estava limpo e não tinha qualquer cheiro . Contras: Como em qualquer apto antigo em Lisboa, a energia pode cair se ligar muitas coisas. Caso aconteça, atrás do quadro onde fica a cama menor, só ligar. Alguns ralos demoravam a escoar a agua, também fruto do sistema antigo de esgoto - normal na Lisboa velha. No geral foi uma boa estadia, e sim, ficaria novamente.
