Beautiful Lake Hamilton Condo with Lake View on Hwy 7 South

Great location!! This condo is located just off Highway 7 in The Landing Condominium Complex. It is on the main channel of Lake Hamilton and convenient to all activities including restaurants, mall shopping, boat and water rentals, Oaklawn, mini golf, downtown Hot Springs and much more.

This top-floor (two floors only) condo is located in a gated complex with a pickleball court and swimming pool. Unit sits in the second row of buildings in the complex.

This unit is a 2 bedroom, one with a king size bed, one with a queen size bed and one rollaway bed, 2 full baths, a full service kitchen, washer/dryer, and a balcony to view the main channel of the lake and beautiful sunsets! The kitchen has granite countertops and includes standard appliances in addition to a microwave and basic cookware, dishes and utensils.

Boat rentals are available at an adjacent marina. Holiday fireworks displays take place in front of the unit/complex.

Free private Wi-Fi is available, along with a flat screen TV in the living room and a TV in each bedroom. There are two assigned parking spaces with plenty of additional guest parking.

This was by far one of the best weekend getaways I've ever had. The condo was perfect for our stay. It was clean, comfortable & cozy with beautiful decor and amazing views of the lake. The condo was equipped with all of the necessities of home. We loved watching the sunset from the peaceful patio. The location is great. It is close to many stores and restaurants. We will definitely be visiting again!

This is a great condo on the water. Comforable beds, lighted pickleball courts. Large living-dinning room. Washer and dryer which was very convenientt after a day of rockhounding. Audrey was quickto repy to questions that I had. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was very clean upon arrival. The host, Andrea, was very informative and quick to respond to questions. Beds were comfortable, condo was well stocked. The boat slip was a short walk down hill. There is an area for trailer parking in the complex. The community pool was right across from this unit. Short drive to retail and restaurants. 5/5

The condo was perfect for a couple of 2 to spend the weekend in Hot Springs. The only complaint I have is the LR sliding door is missing a seal and cold air blew in the whole weekend.

Softball Nationals

We stayed here for my daughter’s nationals and it was perfect. Great location close enough to all the restaurants, shopping and ball parks. This condo is right across from the pool and has a great view of the lake from the balcony. I recommend it for a vacation with children.

It was a great weekend. We enjoyed the view and the space inside the unit, was great for us. Would have enjoyed the balcony better if it wasn't so hot outside this weekend. Great location for couples or a family. Can definitely see ourselves booking this unit again.

Place was just as described. It was so clean and comfortable, probably the best bed I've ever slept on in the master. We enjoyed the excellent view of the water from the back deck over a few cocktails. Great restaurants in the immediate area and it was an easy drive to downtown and the race track. Even had real toilet paper and not the cheap stuff! If I'm nitpicking I would say it could have used some coffee and basic cooking items - oil, salt and pepper, and a few basic spices. Host is excellent and provided perfect communication. Hope to return some day!

Hot Springs girls weekend

My good friend , my 3 daughters, and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was a great location and easy drive into downtown Hot Springs. Nice view of Lake Hamilton. Quiet and safe area.

Paradise on the Lake

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My mother called it a piece of paradise, reminiscent of having a water view condo in Seattle. Perfect view, relaxing, and a great location.

Birthday weekend

The property is in a great location. You do not have travel far to get to downtown Hot springs for shopping, spa or hiking. It is also close to the state parks and the marinas are close by too if you want to be on the lake for a day. I like that it was in a gated complex. My sister and I had a lot of fun!!
