"The Cobalt" is the perfect two-bedroom, two-bath getaway for you and those special to you. Perfectly situated on the second floor with a sunset view, you'll love coming here to relax after a day on Lake Hamilton. Our condo comes complete with a free boat slip for your boat, or you can rent one nearby at Kahuna Bay or Salty Dog Marina! Here for Memorial Day, Independence Day, or Labor Day? You've got a front-row view of the fireworks!

Upon entering the security gates, your private oasis awaits you at the bottom of the hill - right on the water! You'll love the sunset views from this second-floor entry unit. Park in your reserved space, walk up a flight of stairs, enter your code in the keypad on the door and you're set for a weekend (or a week!) of fun and excitement or a weekend of restful relaxation.

Our renovated two-bedroom and two-bathroom condo is perfect for four people. The upgraded kitchen features stainless appliances and granite countertops. We've got all the cookware, dishes, and a few little extras here to make your culinary experience a breeze. Our eat-in kitchen bar for two is convenient for lazy mornings when you don't feel like setting the four-person dining table. A stackable washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen for washing and drying your beach towels and swimsuits.

Entering into the open concept living and entertainment area, the room is immersed in natural light echoed by the shimmering sun glistening off the lake. You'll immediately be drawn to the large glass doors that open up onto your private balcony where you can enjoy patio dining and seating. Too cold outside? Light yourself a fire and snuggle up by your wood-burning fireplace.

Coming back inside, you'll love the comfortable furnishings we've provided. This oversized living area is perfect for entertaining! Our interior designer thought of all the small touches that you'll appreciate. Have a seat and read one of the books on the built-in bookshelf. Relax on the sofa and watch the game or your favorite show on the smart TV while enjoying the beautiful views of Lake Hamilton from your cozy spot.

The two bedrooms both feature super comfy king-size beds and smart TVs (for when you want to have a little time to yourself). The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a changing area and vanity with seating to help with getting ready for a day at the races, an evening dinner, or a night out on the town! You'll appreciate the large walk-in tiled shower and extra space we have for getting ready for a fun day or night. Staying in? Step out onto the balcony and take in the fresh air and gorgeous views of Lake Hamilton. Our guest bedroom also has a king-size bed, with a hall bath just outside your door that features a tiled shower and bathtub combo. Have a couple of extra guests? No problem! We have an air mattress available for them with plenty of space in the living room.

This is the best lake condo location in Hot Springs! Conveniently located off Central Ave (that leads straight to Oaklawn and Bathhouse Row), we are within minutes of anything you could possibly need or want. Arrive by boat at a few of our favorite restaurants from your boat slip: Back Porch Grill, Sam's Pizza Pub, and Bubba Brews! Check out the neighborhood section below for more detail.

PARKING: Our condo comes with a reserved parking space near the front door. You will find the condo number on the curb. Guest parking is available near the condo and throughout the property. We kindly ask that you avoid parking in any other reserved parking space.

ACCESSIBILITY: Guests must be able to climb a flight of stairs. Enter through the security gates by entering the gate code, to be given upon confirmation, into the keypad located in front of the mailboxes. There is an entrance gate and an exit gate. To exit the community, follow the signs and drive to the left of the pool and tennis court to the exit gate. Please do not exit from the entrance gate.

We stayed here for a weekend trip to Hot Springs. The condo was clean and comfortable. Loved that the unit had two king bedrooms and a balcony overlooking the lake. The kitchen had all we needed to cook a small breakfast in as we had lunch and dinner out.

My visit to Hot Springs

My wife and I had a wonderful time during our visit to Hot Springs. We really enjoyed the city and fell in love with our rental property. We are already making plans to return to the same location. A nice trip turned into a great trip because of the accommodations.

This property is beautifully decorated and comfortable! We all loved our getaway and while there are many fun things to do in Hot Springs, it was tempting just to sit on the porch and watch all of the beauty and fun the lake offered as well. Wonderful views!

The condo was exactly like the pictures. It was very homey and comfortable. Sitting on the balcony was my greatest pleasure. Watching the boats ride by, the beauty of the lake, the ducks paddling by and the sunset, it was joyous! We had everything we needed and the host is very gracious. The beds sleep very comfortably and the couch/ottoman combo was very comfortable to sleep on as well. The condo was clean and ready when we arrived.

Great Condo Lake Views

Location was absolutely great. Management responded to a minor issue very promptly and refunded a portion of payment for my inconvenience. The balcony sold me for this particular condo. Unfortunately, the balcony was consumed by spiders. Other than the spiders and the minor issue that was resolved quickly, it’s a great place to stay. Beds were comfortable and condo was very clean on the inside.

Nice location, great view of the lake. We did not realize AC was not fully functional until 2nd day, called and they had a repair man there in 20 minutes. If you are not familiar with Roku, the TV could be a challenge. Spacious living and kitchen area. Bedrooms are large with plenty of closet space. Bathrooms were well designed and clean. Good place to stay.

The condo was clean and perfect size for 4 adults. The balcony was a good size to sit and enjoy the view and the beds were very comfortable. We had an issue getting a TV/remote to work, then figured it out. The host responded quickly. If I could offer one suggestion; add a couple of extra blankets. You may want to bring your own if watching TV. We had a great time and loved Hot Springs.

Great Condo, but not boat parking friendly

We stayed a total of 10 days during 4th of July week. Condo was clean and well appointed in kitchen and bathroom. All beds including air mattress slept well. Air conditioning worked wonderfully. We have no complaints about the condo and would stay again!However, we chose this condo for the attached boat slip and easy access to the lake. The boat slips are breaking off with exposed metal. There is also no where to park a ski boat trailer. (There was a grassy area designated for trailers but they could only fit small fishing boats) We ended up having to rent a slip. Owners did attempt to accommodate us with parking, it just wasnt ideal. Just beware if boating is a factor for your choice of condo. Overall, we would stay again and highly recommend the condo

Absolutely Perfect!!

Do not hesitate to stay at this property.. We stayed a short trip here to just check out the area for future visits, This condo was sparkling clean, well equipped, the beds were super comfy and the gated property gives a great sense of security.. The assigned parking for the unit was also a big plus.. The location was close to everything with great restaurants nearby. The view of the lake is amazing, morning coffee on the balcony was very peaceful and relaxing. Watching the boats and people enjoying the lake in the evening and the sunset was great too. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and were very quick to respond with any questions we had. I would HIGHLY recommend this property and will definitely stay here again when we return to Hot Springs.. We will definitely be back. Thank you Tammy and Craig for the great place and your hospitality..

Nice condo and perfect location on Lake Hamilton. Patio was so nice and the condo seemed to have everything we needed. Had soap, shampoo and basic cleaning supplies which I appreciate. Tv gave us some problems but i think it was actually the remote acting up. Comfortable furniture throughout. Only thing that stuck out is condo may need a paint job inside soon. Spent lots of time at Oaklawn casino. Had a blast and came home with money! The casino was very clean, updated and smelled amazing. Fishermen's Warf had great food and Sam's had good pizza. Go to the English Muffin. It's close by. Also the Pancake House!

We like to sleep kind of cool and all three nights the thermostat kept self adjusting to a warmer setting. So I was up constantly adjusting it in the middle of the night. I thought the fees were a little high when we had to wash all towels & dispose of trash. We paid a cleaning fee.

It was ok but needs some things repaired or fixed in it. Trash bag disposal not convenient to get to, need some umbrellas at the pool for shade and cooling down, needs to be advertised as. Two level of stairs to the unit.

There are several walkable places, but we encourage you to have a car to get around. Uber, Lyft, and Hot Springs Taxi are also available. You can also boat to several restaurants and marinas right from your boat slip! The boat slip is 10' x 28' which is more than accommodating for most party barges/pontoons. If using the fireplace, be sure to open the flu! Not familiar with building a fire? Try buying Duraflame logs (and/or firewood) which can be purchased at Lowe's, Walmart, or Kroger during the cold-weather season.
