The location is perfect. You can easily walk to the beach and also to downtown Carmel, although we rented a car. The accommodations were nice and roomy, and comfortable. We were also close to grocery stores. No complaints.

Cathy‘s house was in an excellent location. It was very close to the beach, and a walkable distance to the center of Carmel. We really couldn’t ask for anything better. The house was very clean and very comfortable. The beds were also quite comfortable. The inside of the house was exactly as we expected from the website pictures. It was also very well stocked. We had everything that we needed. The neighborhood was also very quiet. The only downside to the house was that the upstairs shower never had hot water. It was lukewarm at best. Other than that, the stay was excellent, and we enjoyed ourselves there during our visit to Carmel.

This house is in the best location. You can walk to downtown Carmel by the sea, the water front and mission ranch. The house is clean, beds are comfortable and it has everything you need.

The house is spacious and in a fantastic location; super close to the beach. The upstairs shower did not get hot enough though. We would have also liked more outdoor furniture. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

everything was perfect from the location to the description. The owner was easy to work with, and the home met all of our needs. We were there for our wedding and the stress free environment just made our stay that much more prefect.

Great location close to the beach

A nice property close to Carmel River beach and downtown Carmel. Short drives to Pacific Grove and Monterey. Just right for going out or staying in.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming Carmel house. The home is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect and quiet, yet close to town and the beach. We had a great time walking around everywhere. Enjoyed cocktails in the evening at Mission Ranch, which is located right around the corner. Communication with Cathy the property manager was easy and she was extremely responsive. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.

Great location right in Carmel and a quick drive to pebble beach where my husband was volunteering for a golf tournament. We had a small problem with some cleanliness issues but the host was very responsive and gave us a partial refund.

This was a cute little home near Carmel River state beach. It’s located next to an elementary school, but it so quiet we didn’t even notice. I would stay again if in the area.

Wonderful home

This home had all the amenities needed. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach and the downtown area. Owners were very responsive to our needs. We will stay here again on our next trip.
