'Point Taken' is a charming property on Carmel Point with two parts - a main Cottage (2 bedrooms with 2 baths) and a separate Casita/Master Suite (1 bedroom with 1.0 bath/shower ensuite) affording quiet comfort. Fully updated, while preserving Carmel charm. Roomy, quaint, stylishly furnished. Immaculate inside, lush formal garden and landscape outside. Ideal location- short walk to River Beach, Carmel Beach, Mission and Mission Ranch and downtown Carmel. Top grade amenities, linens, entertainment systems, etc. Enjoy the pleasures of Carmel life in this homey environment or around town. We have a 240 vault electric car charger in our driveway. We rent minimum for one week. During AT&T Golf Tournament week, our minimum is 3 nights. Also, we will consider 5 day rentals at certain periods of the year. Feel free to check in with us.
