Good location, easy walk to restaurants, plenty of outdoor seating, nice view from balcony, price point is a little high but overall, we enjoyed our stay
All around great place to stay. Our 2nd time staying here. Sufficient kitchen supplies for quick meals and snacks. Incredible views from both balconies, super comfy bed. Safe area, friendly people and excellent communication with the host. Amazing snorkeling steps from your door! Short walk to a few restaurants and bars. Perfect for two people and perfect location. Hoping to book again next year!
This was a perfect spot for snorkeling! Enjoyed that very much. I only gave it 4 stars because I felt the furniture was old and bed pillows were fair compared with other places we've stayed at in the same price range.
Staff was very nice, the room however was like a cave, dark, no sunlight. Small but comfortable

Dear Marc,
We are very happy that you chose Tito's Paradise for your stay.
We take very seriously the construcive criticism of our guests and we strive to correct realistic issues.
However, in this case, we feel that calling the condo "a cave" is unfair and far from reality.
It has two balconies with full size windows (ceiling to floor, wall to wall) that give ample natural light. The one in the bedroom is six feet from the bed, with blinds to prevent excesive sunlight at sunset.
No other comment mentions cave like conditions. It surely is your very personal, and respectable opinion, not shared by other guests.
Thank you for your opinion on Tito's Paradise.
As for small, 645 sq feet for two persons seems adequate for most guests.
Great host, the place was awesome and served our every need. We would definitely stay here again. Communication was great. Close enough to downtown for a short walk, no taxi needed!
Balcony was scenic view. Kitchen had very limited space. No oven or BBQ. Only toaster oven. Some thing's were very older and outdated.

We love that you enjoyed the view from our balconies!
About the lack of a BBQ, in all fairness, we don't mention anywhere that there is one. Barbequing in a balcony would carry smoke to the neighboring condos, more so in windy Cozumel, so the BBQs are placed on the beach area.
About the oven, it's not a toaster oven, it's an electric oven in which our guests often broil chicken and roasts. The listing for the apartment states that it is an electric countertop oven.
It would have been very helpful to know what you found outdated, as we recently updated kitchen ware and refurbished the furniture.
Thank you for your kind comments.
Great property, near ports, airport, downtown, right on the beach , perfect snorkeling spot, clean pool, clean room, big bed, friendly staff who spike english and spanish, safe neighborhood, parking spots for our rental car, safe with a key in the room, big gluffy towels for both the bathroom and the pool and beach, many pillows for the bed, perfect views of the sunset, highly recommend
Cute little condo with a beautiful ocean view. The pool was great and you can snorkel right in front of the property. It’s about a mile to the ferry so you can walk to restaurants and shopping weather permitting but I would suggest a car. I would stay here again in the future.

While the condo is small we were there only to sleep. It was quiet and the staff were amazing! can' wait to go back. Easy access to the water and some of the best snorkeling right there.
Great pool, private beach along rocks to lounge, access to sea by ladder, snorkel, beautiful water, walk or bike to town, close to airport, and paradise. Nice people, security at building, and clean. Recommended!
Wonderful place to stay! Property was well maintained and suite was clean. The view was superb. We really enjoyed our stay and woul definitely come back!back.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this kind review Maggie! All the best!
This is our 2nd time to stay here and it is everything you could hope for . The snorkeling right off the property is the best we have seen . The location is perfect walking distance to eateries, swimming and shopping . This is a beautiful place in paradise and hopefully we can make it back again!
The location is perfect. You can walk to town but it is not in the heart of centro so it is nice and quiet without cruise crowds around. Taxis are readily available if preferred. Lovely views from the balconies. Good size pool overlooking water. Plenty of beach chairs for lounging. The apartment is clean with large comfortable bed, nice linens, hot water and good water pressure. I would stay here again.

This was our first visit to Cozumel. We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect spot to discover the island. The property is immaculate and everyone we met at the pool or beach were kind and helpful. Snorkeling off the property was a particular highlight of the visit and having two balconies to watch the sunsets made for a perfect ending to our adventure in Mexico.
Ocean views from the living room and bedroom. Incredible snorkeling right out front. When we were there the pool was warm. 24 hour security. The condo had a well stocked kitchen and other useful items like a mini-cooler, beach chairs, ect. The shower was hot! This was not our first time staying at Suites Turquesa but we will definitely try to book this particular condo again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
We spent a week at Tito’s and had a wonderful time. The location is so close to many beach restaurants, town and anything you would want to see. Just as good is the pool, lounge area. The snorkelling off the condo is amazing - be sure to bring your gear!

Stayed three nights in December 2024. Absolutely fantastic location - easy, safe, pleasant walk to shops, restaurants, bars but far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. Really awesome coral and tropical fish snorkeling right out in front of the condo. The unit was clean and had everything we needed, very comfortable king sized bed, friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again!

Hi, we´re Alejandro Magaña and Spela Mihelac, the owners of Tito´s Paradise. Before we came to live on this paradise island called Cozumel, Alejandro was a teacher and headmaster of a private school in his hometown Monterrey and Spela was a book editor and translator in her native country, Slovenia. On Cozumel our life revolved around cooking (together they authored a comprehensive Mexican cookbook) and diving (Alejandro is a scuba instructor). Tito´s Paradise got its name after Tito Cocinerito, their pick up and delivery cooking business on the island.
