Our two-story home offers a fully equipped kitchen, open living and dining area, and two balconies with stunning beach views. Enjoy a temperature-controlled pool next door. Just a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants and bars. Accommodates up to 14 guests. Additional info: 12 community bracelets included, $50 for extra; 25+ to reserve; no loud music after 10 PM; no cable, streaming available. Welcome to our property in the exclusive Costa Diamante community, nestled right on Sandy Beach—one of Rocky Point's most desirable beaches. Whether you’re seeking thrilling off-road adventures or exciting water sports, everything is just a short walk away. Our two-story home is designed for both comfort and relaxation, offering all the modern amenities you need to feel at home. On the top floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen that flows seamlessly into the open dining and living area, creating the perfect space for gathering with family and friends. Step out onto one of our two spacious balconies to soak in breathtaking beach views, sip a glass of wine, and enjoy stunning sunsets that will take your breath away. The bottom floor is your sanctuary for rest and relaxation after a day of fun. Adjacent to the home is a conveniently located pool, which is seasonally temperature-controlled—heated during cooler months and cooled during warmer ones. From the property, you can easily keep an eye on the kids as they splash and play outdoors. Located within the luxurious Sandy Beach area, our home is just a 5-10 minute walk from popular bars and restaurants, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local scene. With space to accommodate up to 14 guests, our home is perfect for families and groups looking to create lasting memories together. Additional Information: The Costa Diamante community provides 12 bracelets upon check-in with your reservation. Additional bracelets are $50 per person per stay (this is a community fee beyond our control). Guests must be 25 or older to reserve. Quiet hours are enforced, with no loud music allowed after 10 PM. Our cleaning crew follows strict COVID-19 cleaning guidelines for your safety and peace of mind. While we provide TVs, cable service is not available. However, we do offer internet for streaming your favorite shows. Come and stay with us—you won’t regret it. We look forward to hosting you in our beautiful home! You will have free access to a community pool and spa. WiFi is complementary as well During your stay you will be on your own but we are always attentive in case you need something. In the beginning, you will be greeted by one of welcome hosts so that you do not have any issues. Upon checkout, you will also be assisted by one of our checkout assistants. However, through out your stay, we will leave you alone to enjoy your privacy and relax. This is a gated private community and you will be required to wear a guest bracelet. However, the bracelet will give you access to this secure and exclusive community with pool and spa. It is only 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Our house is 15 minutes walking from bars and hotels (using the beach side). It is 10-15 minute drive from MALECON (main downtown area). You will need your car. Specially if you want to have fun and have a 4x4 as you will get to enjoy the sand dunes. The community has strict rules about the surrounding. This is for your own enjoyment and safety. Please follow the rules.

3 mins walk to the beach. Loved the house all though had a few problems . Dishwasher didn't close all the way. It rained and roof was leaking, but communicationHowever love the community.

Great house and location in Sandy Beach. Clean & comfortable house for our group of friends. We loved the 2 balconies and rooftop patio, we even saw dolphins playing off the beach at sunrise one morning! We appreciated the provided beach towels & well stocked kitchen. A couple of the patio dining chairs need repairs, but this didn’t impact our overall experience..

This was a beautiful property with a short walk to the beach. We brought 2 families and had it plenty of places for people to sleep. The owners were easy to communicate with and were very prompt at addressing our needs. We would have loved to have more places to sit in the living areas, but other than that we loved staying there. We would definitely come back.

Great Home in Amazing Community

We had such a great time relaxing and enjoying the house and beach! The home was in a great location and was enough space for 3 families with kids! Just a quick walk to the beach from the house. Kitchen was great for home cooked meals and all of the rooms and house had very cold AC. Although we didn't use the pool, the pool is literally a few steps away but our kids only wanted the ocean waves!

Great vacation

It is our 2nd time at this property and we enjoyed a relaxing few days with friends and family. However could not sleep very well and had to move the bed in the master because the AC was blowing directly on our faces. Also AC is loud. Otherwise was a pleasant experience.

Had a wonderful time. I loved how everyone had their own room and bathroom. We had 10 people in the house and never felt cramped! The house was beautiful! Beautiful home in an awesome location!

This home exceeded our expectations! We had a large group of 16 and we were all able to sleep comfortably. Each room has a private full bath which was super convenient for everyone. The home is new and very modern. There is a private walkway from the rear of the home that is steps from the beautiful pool with jacuzzi. The beach is also within walking distance, only a few hundred yards from the home. We all had a great time and would definitely stay again. Thx Roberto!

Beyond Expectation!!

Our four families, totaling 12, gathered for a little vacation. Since I have never done the scheduling, I was nervous about tackling the process. Everything went flawlessly! The home is VERY spacious, well stocked kitchen, and has beautiful view of the ocean. We all wished that we could have had a longer stay. Great place to stay!

We stayed in this place over the fall break, 8 adults and 6 kids. Overall great experience, great location, right next to basketball court and pool/spa area and about 3 minute walk to the beach. Laura, the property manager, was amazing and helped us with any issues that we had in timely manner. I'd like to point out a few things.. if you're like myself and take your own cookware anytime you travel, make sure to take pots and pans that work with induction oven because that is what they have in this house. Gas grill does not work, but they do have a charcoal grill with charcoal provided, it was not as convenient, but it worked just fine. Beds are very comfortable, but all queens, I think it would be better if owners would put in king size beds instead. Other than these minor things, we had a great time and would definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

Poor start strong finish

Let me start by saying the property and development is itself is quite amazing. The check in process was much more challenging. Low battery on the house lock box created quite a situation and a prolonged check in. Luckily my friend and his wife were staying in the development close by so we could hang until resolved (2 hours later). Not having phone service only complicated the matter. However, after that, and a proposal to my now wife ( on the beach, as opposed to the plan; on the house roof patio after check in) our stay was one of the best ever! The property was so modern and clean and is only a couple hundred meters from the beach! Our family had the best time cooking and relaxing at the house as well! It is beautiful here and the beach is quite wonderful. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here!

Family celebration

The place it’s in a save community, around big and huge houses, near to the beach , very good in sise Very easy to understand the instructions booklet Roberto and Laura where helping me with all my questions At the first moment I felt like a paparazzi taking pictures of the details of what was damaged , after reading the contract because I would be charged for any damage the occupants did to the property. It’s a old fridge , so you need to buy ice, well equipped kitchen , but you need to bring your own wine bottle opener The room at second floor has a nasty mattress in the closet We where happy with puerto Peñasco , it’s a nice town , the community very clean and people around friendly Sofá bed in second floor didn’t work , and dining room chairs stained, and also one of the chairs in balcony was broken, the house need a little of maintenance, for example stained pillows, low quality of towels. For a beach house it doesn’t offer much , it’s better to bring your chairs, the beach cart to carry things didn’t work , so better bring yours
