This adorable cottage is DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH-RARE FIND!

This nostalgic beachfront cottage overlooks the white sugar sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. With interior views of the ocean from the kitchen, living room, and bedroom, you are in for a treat! Private parking is right in front of the cottage, and you can enjoy one level throughout. There is a queen-sized bed and the sofa converts to a full-sized bed to accommodate up to 4 guests. Granite countertops and all upgraded stainless steel appliances are installed in this fully furnished kitchen. The bathroom includes a decorative tile shower and granite countertops. Porcelain tile flooring is installed throughout the home for easy cleanup. The laundry room is equipped with a full washer and dryer. Front door parking is available for 2 cars/SUVs (max) and there are no stairs or elevators to deal with. You are literally on the beach! This is good ole' Jimmy Buffet-style beach living at its finest.

For convenience, a key-less entry system is installed with private codes for each guest. The lock pad includes a 30 second auto lock system to ensure security while you are away. Cable tv and wireless internet are provided throughout the cottage. Download your favorite Kindle book or finish some work on your laptop as you sit on the deck and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Enjoy a sunset on the balcony as you watch your children build a sandcastle right in front of you.

You can enjoy the peace and quiet of the ocean breeze, or take a short trip to enjoy the amusement parks, nightlife, fishing, and shopping that is available in Panama City Beach. Grocery stores and drug stores are conveniently located within a short distance from this house. St. Andrew's state park is a couple of blocks by bicycle or car, or you can enter from the beachside as you take an evening stroll. Whatever you are looking for, this little cottage has it all.

There is a custom gas grill on the deck for cooking out. It is conveniently located between the 2 bedroom house and the 1 bedroom cottage. This grill is free to use for the guests of Aqua-Holic beach house and Aqua-Holic cottage. It is the responsibility of the guest to make sure that the grill is properly attended to and turned off and cleaned after use.

Security cameras have been installed and are active. There is a camera on the front of the main house that faces the front door and deck area of the cottage. There is also another camera facing the parking area. This is for the protection of the property owner and the guests.

Anniversary Trip

We loved the cottage. It was perfect for the 2 of us. We enjoyed the ease of parking 10 steps to the door. Beach access was so close and we loved the deck which was so private. Hope to stay here again soon.

It's great to be so close to the beach and the high chairs and umbrella with a view of the water were welcome and well used. —Some hangers and an extra blanket would have been appreciated, but I made good use of the nearby Dollar Store to pick-up what I needed.

Nice Beach Getaway

This was our last stop in our vacation. We booked this property which did not disappoint! Having beach access was a treat more convenient than other places. Quaint little cottage with all needed amenities!

For us, location was perfect to visit family at St Andrews state park. Golf cart was easy to get and use to get around. Not a big space, but worked for us as we were only there shortly during the day. Beach access is awesome, can hear the waves.

Anniversary Retreat!

My husband and I celebrated our 5th Anniversary at this lovely cottage right on the beach with an amazing view! It was the perfect getaway for us! We were able to grill out on the deck and watch the sunset over the ocean. It was very clean and exactly as we expected from the description and reviews. We plan to come back again!

Perfect Weekend Hideaway

The wife and I just needed a Quiet weekend getaway. This was the spot! The weather was raining but we knew that going in. This location is right on a pristine and clean beach area, secluded from the high rises. Quiet, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed Schooners and Shore Shack both walking distance. We would stay here again. Great host.

2024 winter getaway

Cottage was very comfortable and modern. Ample parking and laundry room A great asset. Steps from side deck arrive on beach. Location was great, close to St. Andrew's State park, 20 minute walk. Property is surrounded by many restaurants and attractions but is located on a quiet street on the beach. Very accommodateing hosts and a great place to stay. Thankyou Julie and Dwayne

The location was great, owner was responsive, but make sure you read the fine print. This is a cottage BEHIND the beachfront house with the same address. Cottage had a smell to it. Still a quick and easy walk to the beach but a little deceptive in "beachfront" as8 it is more "beachfront adjacent".

This was a quaint little cottage with plenty of space for my wife and myself. Nice deck with patio furniture to look at the gorgeous view. The view from our cottage was a partial view, but still gorgeous. You are literally steps from the beach which is a huge bonus. We had plenty of utensils to cook with, the shower was nice and hot with great water pressure, and the property was clean. Our only complaint is the bed is very uncomfortable, the mattress definitely needs to be upgraded for the cost you're paying per night. Other than that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking. Our host was extremely friendly and promptly answered questions.
