The living room has plenty of comfy seating, a 60 inch 4K Samsung Smart TV, a 60 inch eight blade ceiling fan (it really moves the air!), and recessed lighting. The dining area is accommodating and spacious with seating for six, a huge unique side board, and massive wrought iron chandelier with 12 lights. The kitchen has Maytag stainless steel appliances, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, and side by side fridge with in door water and ice. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware. There also a spacious pantry. The ceilings are ship lapped, wood floor on main level, carpet on third floor and wood and tile on first floor. The wifi and HD cable are Comcast (all new equipment). The townhouse nicely decorated with an idustrial edge, and comfy and inviting. The beach views are amazing. The upper TREX deck with glass front is spacious and well furnished and has stairs leading to the lower deck. The lower covered deck has a gas grill, charcoal grill (please grill out in the open area not under the deck for safety reasons, no grilling on upper deck). There's a outside shower and hose to rinse off the salt and sand before entering the townhouse. The garage also has a side by side fridge / freezer for extra items like water bottles and drinks, ice cream, Popsicles for convenience.
